A: We’ve corrected this oversight. Retelo will ship FREE with any other figure order! We’ve also created book and Blu-ray add-ons that will ship free with pledge orders, you’ll just have to wait for the last item in your order to be ready for them all to ship together.
This holds true in the BackerKit for Retelo, the book, and the Blu-ray. All other add-on figures ship for $2 each via BackerKit.

A: Absolutely! The Omnibus Hardcover digipack will feature interviews that are G.I.Joe art focused. The Operation: Recall documentary tells the story of creating Retelo and Homer, from idea to action figure!

GO SMALL NOW, GO BIG LATER? // Q: "If I back the minimum to get the one figure and decide later I want to collect them all, will I have the opportunity to purchase other figures as they are released?"
A: There are no guarantees that figures will be available down the line. We are planning to make at least 3,000 of each figure (that is the factory minimum), but we cannot guarantee availability down the road. We will keep the BackerKit open for several months so you can save and pledge for the figures you want. If you want a certain figure, I encourage you to order them during the BackerKit window so you will have them down the road.

ALL-IN TIERS // Q: "If I back the ALL-IN tier, does that guarantee 18 different figures, or is that still dependent on how much funding the Kickstarter brings in?"
A: ALL-IN backers are now entitled to 19 figures! We added a mid-campaign bonus figure (Midnight Ops Retelo). We unlocked 15 of the 19 planned figures during the Kickstarter, and we fully intend to fund the last four via BackerKit. We intend to produce all 19 unique figures, and with your help, we’ll get there!
If we close the BackerKit pre-order window and have not funded the last few figures, then we will allow all-in backers to pick doubles from the unlocked figures to fill those last few spots. We believe that all 19 will be unlocked, and this will not be an issue.
If you’d prefer not to be locked in on the whole line, you can change your pledge to the PICK 10 or PICK 20 Pledge Levels before completing your survey. Please note: all-in backers receive the biggest discounts because we need folks to get behind the entire line of figures, if possible.

A: We’ve been working toward this moment for two years, and while we support and are excited for the Classified H.I.S.S. (I’m backing x5), we can’t allow what anyone else is doing to stop our momentum. This is a “lightning in a bottle” moment - an unheard of opportunity to put the original creative team back to work creating ALL-NEW modern o-ring action figures. We have to strike while the iron is hot!
Please note, the BackerKit will run through February 2023, so you have plenty of time to GO BIG on Operation: Recall. Your credit card will not be charged until we close out the BackerKit!

PREPRODUCTION SCULPTS // Q: "I saw that we can purchase the preproduction art of the characters but was wondering if the prototypes will be in there too."
A: The sculpts are not available, we’ll need those for manufacturing + archiving + to be safe down the line if the molds ever go missing or break down. We can scan and store all art digitally, and in multiple places, and feel relatively safe from an archiving perspective. With sculptures, we don’t have that luxury. 3D scanning just isn’t good enough yet (we tried it in the making of Retelo).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
